ICTTG Cancellations

Occasionally, ICTTG may have to cancel a class. In the event that ICTTG cancels a class, all class attendees will be notified by email. Attendees will have the option of rescheduling to a future class at a different location or receiving a full refund of class registration fees. 

We understand that booking flights as early as possible can save money, but keep in mind, your schedule may change or a class may have to be cancelled. ICTTG recommends that students do not make non-refundable travel plans until 15 days prior to the scheduled start date. Students should use caution when booking any non-refundable travel arrangements. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you will lose your entire airline, hotel and or car rental fees.

ICTTG will attempt to make all class cancellation/rescheduling decisions no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the class. If a class is cancelled by ICTTG within 30 days of the scheduled start date, ICTTG will reimburse the student for any non-refundable change fees for airfare resulting from the need to reschedule travel arrangements. Proof of incurred expenses must be provided to receive the reimbursement. Reimbursement is limited to a maximum $150.00 airline change fee.

If ICTTG cancels a class more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start date, ICTTG will be unable to provide refunds or cover any expenses relating to travel, including but not limited to airfare.
